For the past month I’ve been dealing with layout issues with Ingram Spark (which handles printing and distribution with The Pale). It’s been a process. I submit the file and it takes a few days for it to come back with their feedback, and then I submit again, and repeat. BUT I think we finally have it approved for print today or tomorrow. After it arrives we’ll then handle fulfillment and sending out the PDFs to digital backers from Kickstarter.
Besides that I’m also trying to post pages here (Chapter 2 here we come!) I’ll have to do it a little at a time, because I am also working on another comic for an anthology that we are very excited to be a part of– it’s old west stuff. Right up our alley!
The Fall has been so busy at school as well. Our daughter has a lot of school functions that we need to attend and figure out– and the holidays in general is also ramping up. I really don’t know how people do it!
My other big project of the year is finally up– I created a piece of art for a local animal shelter– it’s on my socials if you’re interested. it’s in the style of Richard Scarry’s Busy Town! Okay, this update is a little longer and more scattered than I had hoped– but there it is!
